2013-2014 Winner of the Dr. George R. Tabor Award - Most Distinguished Camp

About the Camp

The Judah P. Benjamin Camp was founded in 2012, to continue and expand upon the principles of the visionary leaders and masterminds behind Hillsborough County Confederate Memorial Park.

As our namesake, the Judah P. Benjamin Camp wishes to use intellect, innovation, audacity and commitment in our duty to our membership in the exercising of “The Charge” of the Sons of Confederate Veterans.

The Camp's "On fire" enthusiasm for fulfilling "The Charge" has resulted in membership growth and has caused recognition of the Camp and its members since the Camp's founding.  The Camp's 2014 Year End Report details the past year's activities.

Following is a sampling of some of the recognition the Camp has received.
